What is VTCT?
Vocational Training Charitable Trust (VTCT) has been in the forefront
of training for careers in Hairdressing and Beauty Therapy for over 40
years, offering National/Scottish Vocational Qualifications (N/SVQ) in
Beauty Therapy, Nail Services, Spa Therapy, Hairdressing and Barbering,
as well as a full package of its own vocationally related
qualifications. Now the largest specialist awarding body in these
areas, it also offers a package of Holistic, Complementary and Sports
& Fitness courses covering the full scope of professional
requirements needed by the modern salon or clinic owner.
All courses are competence based and structured for study at any
pace, with training being undertaken in real salon situations. They are
based on the N/SVQ model, being unit based for manageable task
